3? Each of the top four vertices has a distinct diagonal to the lower opposite vertex. To Me that says 4. They all intersect at a single point, so there will be 4+4+1=9 red 'balls' as there are. The diagonals make a 5, 5.sqrt(2), 5*sqrt(3) right angled triangle, so the length is 5*sqrt(3)
